This was a bit of an ordeal.
The tale of an insane killer hardly puts a spring in your step. But, it was
visually arresting with a stage that slowly went from horizontal to vertical
and some extreme electric music as well as a less deafening live quintet. I
didn’t leave with the feeling of being affected or in another world, however
and think I will have to struggle to remember it in a few month’s time. A
deadly review in the FT matched by a more encouraging one in the Guardian.
